« This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall...

« I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again. »

« Everything was clean and as represented in the listing. The driveway situation was not ideal, but the property manager informed me of this ahead of our stay, and added that they are working on that issue. Overall it was exactly as promised, and ideal for our stay. »

« We made last minute changes to our July off-road plans. This meant finding a new spot over a holiday weekend that allowed dogs ASAP. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! Excited to come back for Fall Crawl with our group! »

« the house and property are marvelous. Some GPS devices will have you pass the house up. as soon as you turn over the bridge the house is the first property on the left. We are coming back again in August. Definitely recommend. »

« Cozy, clean, comfortable. Peaceful and serene country home. It is well looked after and you can feel the peace soon as you walk in. Here for a family reunion & it was so nice to come back to this home at the end of each day to re-charge and refresh. »

« What a lovely place. Everything we needed and then some. Would stay here again. So relaxing. The view, ping pong, & super happy to discover puzzles for us to do on the rainy day!(Only issue we had was it was wasp season & they kept getting in. Glad they were slow ones!) »

« Absolutely beautiful home. Head a hiccup when we arrived but host resolved it immediately and her and team went above and beyond our expectations. We stayed for a family reunion in area and plan on staying here every year. »
