'There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond'

'WiFi was sketchy, breakfast was wonderful , staff very helpful and friendly . Only drawback for me was that it was a distance from where I wanted to go . Also a bit difficult initially to get there from airport . There are two gates and drivers often went initially to the wrong gate , otherwise it was quiet and a very nice stay'

'This place is running a bait and switch operation. We booked a room for 5 people, since the listing said there were 5 beds and it could accommodate up to 10 people. But when our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) showed up, they were told they get 1 room with 1 bed. Our group was then repeatedly harassed until we paid for another room in order to not have all 5 in 1 bed. So they basically sell you one room, but then make you pay twice the cost - a classic bait and switch. Even if it had been...
