Hostels in Happy Valley

'It was pretty and it was such a great experience'

'We really loved this house! There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was beautiful and had everything we could need. Lots of seating. Beautiful bathrooms. So many fun things in the area to do. Easy drive from the airport. The master bedroom has a big dresser with a mirror above it and a really big walk in closet with a mirror which was so perfect for us five ladies to get ready for family photos together. 'Clean and spacious. Property as advertised. Would chose again if we come back this way!'

'Goed hotel om downtown Portland te bezoeken. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig qua keuzes enmet plastic bestek en papieren bordjes.'

'Staff was great. Damien was so helpful at the reception for recommending places to eat which were very close for breakfast lunch and dinner'

'Stylish hotel, friendly staff (but highly automated check-in and out process) and decent size rooms. Location is perfect. Just outside the “old town” (where many homeless people live) and close to good food, shopping and cinema. Next door is Water Avenue Coffee (which is great). Rooms are pretty basic but comfortable.'

'Stayed in the women’s hostel and there was no AC. 12 beds and fully booked made for incredibly hot night with little airflow.'

'My daughter and I booked at McMenamins Crystal Hotel as we were attending an event at the Crystal Ballroom which is just one block away. The front desk staff was very helpful getting us checked in early, then held our bags on checkout date we were not leaving until late in the evening. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also such a pleasure. Room was clean, service provided great. We will totally book again when we go back to Portland.'
