'We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!'

'The property was very nice. There is a wood stove which was very nice and the beds were great. The downstairs bath tub did not work. No flexibility with check in or check out times at all. I felt the background check was violating my privacy and not sure i trust them with a picture they can use to open my apps '

'The space is so cozy and so well designed. The hosts were kind and very quickly responsive to all of my questions. The location is perfect, right in the middle of a bunch of local attractions. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking yummy meals and even baking homemade cinnamon rolls! We already can’t wait to come back for our next stay! '

The kitchen had everything we needed, not difficult to cook meals there. Functioning blender was a plus for me (morning smoothies). ' The cottage is exactly as pictured and is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom has plenty of towels and basic toiletries. The location is great - very close to beautiful Carkeek Park and bustling Greenwood, and there is a QFC grocery store and a strip mall within walking distance. Check in was a breeze and the host provided all the information we needed well in advance. '
