Whether you're visiting family, traveling for work, attending an event, or exploring the Hampton Roads area, you'll appreciate the home's central location.



Guests can enjoy the convenience of nearby dining, coffee shops, and everyday essentials while returning to a comfortable neighborhood at the end of the day. As this is a residential community, we ask all guests to respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours and treating the property as they would their own.



Getting Around:

Driving is the easiest way to get around, and you'll have dedicated parking at the property. Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area if you'd prefer not to drive. Hampton's central location makes it a great home base for exploring the entire Hampton Roads region.

- Dogs only (Maximum of 2 dogs per stay)

- $99 non-refundable pet fee per stay per pet

- Pets must not be left unattended unless crated

- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

- Please clean up after your pet in the yard

- No noise complaints from neighbors due to pets

- Additional cleaning fees apply if there is pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture

- No cats allowed (Please ask before bringing any other animals)



🚭 No Smoking



Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both the interior and exterior. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and any other smoking devices.



Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and other applicable charges.



🎉 Gatherings & Parties

- Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed

- Quiet hours must be respected (10 PM - 8 AM)

- Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund

- The primary guest is responsible for all visitors and any damages caused



🚽 Plumbing & Drain Care

- Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues

- Do not pour grease down the drain



📦 Forgotten Personal Items

- Items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery

- Guest pays shipping + $30 handling fee

- Domestic shipping only (no international shipping)



👥 Guest Policy

- Any additional guests must be approved in advance

- Unauthorized extra guests may result in cancellation without refund

- The primary guest is responsible for all damages



⏰ Late Checkout

- Must be requested and approved in advance

- Up to 2 extra hours for $50 (if available)

- Unapproved late checkout: $60 per hour



🔥 Grill / Propane

- We do not provide propane. Guests are welcome to refill or exchange the tank if they’d like to use the grill.



🚭 Cleaning Fees (If Applicable)

- Smoking indoors: $250

(Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up and dispose of cigarette butts properly.)

- Vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste: $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet

- Excessive dirty dishes: $50

- Missing towel: $20 per towel



Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.



Please note: Occasional exterior maintenance may take place during your stay. We do our best to keep any disruption minimal and appreciate your understanding as we keep the property in great shape.
