'The furniture is a bit outdated, but the location near the jubilee line and a Tesco supermarket is great. The bed slept fine, the bathroom was simple but it had a nice shower and a toilet and it even had a bath. The breakfast was also simple but tasteful. For the price it was a superb location to visit the concert in the O2 and do some sightseeing in London. With the jubilee line you can get to all the great London sightseeing places. 'Wij hebben 3 nachten geslapen in SO Arch. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Douche en wc waren schoon en netjes. En alles zag er fris uit. Iedere dag nieuwe handdoeken. De auto kan je gratis bij het hotel neer zetten. Wat wij ook erg prettig vonden was dat je binnen 5 minuten lopen kan pinnen, eten, eten kopen, naar de metro en bus kan. Als we weer naar London gaan zouden we deze zeker als optie nemen.'

'Martel Guest House was a wonderful place to stay. We had a friendly welcome and communication was easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a great location and only a short walk to the Underground station making it very easy to get around. We will be highly recommending to friends and family and will be definitely returning for another stay the next time we visit London.'

'Room was spotless. All of the staff especially lady on front desk sorry I cannot remember her name, were amazing and so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2.
