« room was not cleaned properly the bed sheets had a stain. the couch was soiled, there was fingerprints on the furniture and door and the floor was not clean with debris. « Parking was challenging because the hotel shares parking with a mall and restaurants which were very busy maybe due to arriving around dinner time on Saturday. Upon arrival there was one bath towel in the room when we had two registered guests. Requested additional towels and they were delivered. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were as expected. »

« In town from Atlanta to see a comedy show in Chattanooga for the weekend. I was really disappointed in general with the hotel. I love the area, although there is high construction near by, it wasnât an issue. Good eateries and shops around as well. Courtyard area was nice with chairs and the fireplace/fire-pit.
Hotel does not have elevators!!!
However upon check-in walking into the lobby, there was a portable air unit that was sitting up on a table or some object, blowing air toward the check...

« The place is outdated and rooms like there were from the 80's. The staff was not professional and had to switch my room 3 times because there damage to the room or a nasty smoking odor and Air Conditioner not working. 4th try i just said the hell with it and my wife and I were tired getting in town for a wedding.
