« Great location if you have an event at Spooky Nook.House was clean and some updates (paint, flooring, washer/dryer). It is old, very musty smelling. We found spiders, big beetles, smashed spider on the blind in the bedroom. Dead beetle in the crock pot!!One dish towel which we went and bought a 3pk and left there for the next guest. The 2 loveseats in the LR have no legs on them so basically sitting on the floor. Bedrooms are all upstairs (very steep). Larger bdrm has a broken couch. One...

« Very clean home and very convenient to Hamilton and Spooky Nook. Well taken care of. The communication was a little rocky in the beginning through the app but got better when I was texting the owner directly. Well stocked with everything you need and everything was in working order. Because it is an older home the road noise at the front of the house is tough without earplugs if you are a lite sleeper. Overall, great home, very clean, easy check out and fantastic location for Hamilton. »

Joe B.

17. Stylish 2-bedroom house in superb Hamilton with cozy living spaces near downtown

Hamilton

« Exceptionally clean home. Thoughtful updates throughout the house. Stocked bathroom, kitchen and a nice, private porch. Easy entry access and plenty of parking on street along with one spot in gravel driveway. Lots of lighting throughout the house (including dimmable main lights). Modern appliances and everything worked totally fine. The tub/shower is great - better than the one I have at home! Note - both bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are steep which may be difficult for some kids/adults...

« We were very happy with this house, Matt who communicated with us, and the whole process in general! It was comfortable, spacious, and we had a wonderful evening sitting in the patio space outside! The neighborhood was pleasant and we even went to the local ice cream stop Friday night, “Flubs” I believe it was called. This was a perfect landing bar while our girls played on their tournament this weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Matt for your attentiveness :) »
