'Solamente que no hay clima ni abanico'

'Excellent Room, but Difficult to Find and Check In The hotel is located at the top of a hill, with beautiful surroundings, but finding it was quite difficult because the property was not clearly marked or signposted. We had to go through quite a bit of difficulty before finally locating the hotel. The room itself was excellent overall—clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly good, with new appliances and modern fittings. However,...

'Great room but many hidden fees. None of the prices for parking or breakfast are presented well when booking. When you arrive, they tell you where to park but don’t explain that there’s a fee. When you go for the breakfast buffet, they ask your room number but don’t explain that it’s 18€, they just write down the room number. All of these fees are they sprung on you at the end of your stay so you end up paying 50 € on top of the price of the room. Big problem with communication that has never...

'Large clean room and surprisingly cool considering the temp was 30°C. The 'Chiil Out Room' or common room on our floor was nicely furnished and had a balcony where we enjoyed a pizza. The only challenge was the responsiveness of the electronic keys that would take longer than expected to activate, but did eventually work for the doors and elevator.'
