'Rooms are very clean. Amenities are adequate. Above all the place is in an environment where ait quality is superb and hot springs are everywhere! Mt. Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing. 'The electronic check in is overly complicated and intrusive. We had to provide scanned copies of passports and then do a video call to verify our identity. It is not just a matter of scanning the QR code which was sent to us. Don't use the restaurant downstairs. It is ridiculously expensive for what you get. The Caesar Salad needs to be renamed to "bowl of lettuce with some dressing and cheese" to reflect the actual content. No bacon, no egg, 5 croutons.'
