Six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a private screened pool backing onto a championship golf course - this Southern Dunes home gives twelve guests the kind of breathing room that actually makes a group trip feel like a vacation. The gated community wraps everything in a quiet, well-kept setting, while Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and LEGOLAND are all within a 40-minute drive whenever the parks call.

 

Living spaces

Step inside and the layout opens up immediately - high ceilings and large windows pull light through the living and dining area, which flows naturally into the family room. Golf course views stretch across the back of the home, giving even the quietest evenings a scenic backdrop. Upstairs, a second living room with a TV gives the group a separate space to spread out, watch something different, or simply wind down away from the action downstairs.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps 12 across six bedrooms arranged on a split floor plan. The first-floor primary suite has an ensuite bathroom and looks directly out over the pool and golf course - a calm, accessible retreat well-suited to guests who prefer to stay on one level. Upstairs, a second master suite comes with its own ensuite bathroom. Two further bedrooms are each fitted with two single beds, while the remaining two bedrooms feature king beds. Eight beds in total across the six rooms give the group plenty of flexibility.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook properly - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils for outdoor grilling. A kitchen island and breakfast nook make casual meals easy, and the dining table handles the full group when everyone eats together.

 

Outdoor & recreation

The screened-in pool and hot tub sit at the back of the home overlooking the golf course - a reliable spot for morning coffee, afternoon swims, or evening unwinding. The converted garage game room brings the entertainment indoors with ping pong, pool table, and air hockey. Outdoor furniture and a backyard round out the exterior. For golf enthusiasts, the Southern Dunes 18-hole championship course is right on the doorstep.

 

Community amenities

As part of the Southern Dunes gated golf community, guests have resort access to the community pool, gym, tennis courts, and playground. The community is well-maintained, with local shopping and dining options within walking distance.

 

Bathrooms

Four and a half bathrooms serve the home, with ensuites on both master suites. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, and include a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water.

 

Practical details

The home comes fully stocked with starter supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. A washer and dryer are available on-site. Free parking is included on the premises. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

 

Getting around

Southern Dunes Golf Club is on-site. Walt Disney World Resort is approximately 30 minutes away, Universal Studios Orlando around 40 minutes, and LEGOLAND Florida Resort about 25 minutes. Lake Eva Community Park and Old Town Kissimmee are both within 30 minutes.
