Our room was not ready until sometime after 4:00p.m. Otherwise, the room was comparatively clean and all was in order. After a long day after our first night, we came back to find our key would not open the door. I called the front desk and she said she would bring us a new key right away. 40 minutes later after standing in the hall all that time, our neighbor next to us had to go get the key for us. 'The front desk person checking me in was not at all helpful. Barely looked up. Not busy, only me. Might have been having a bad day, but certainly showed it in her attitude. Just gave me the room key and told me where the elevators were. That was the extent of our contact. Did not explain a annthing else regarding the hotel or amenities.'
