'Beautiful and spacious room, artfully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the TV allowed us to stream our favorites. We enjoyed our two nights there and will stay again when we are in the area. A lovely and economical alternative to a hotel.'

Wanted to do swimming in the pool but a bunch of sweaty workers consumed it with loud music (which is fine) just didn’t feel comfortable. 'This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. '

'Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. 'Room was clean and staff was friendly. My mqin issue is. I asked for an ADA room and I was given a room with a normal bathroom no rails or extra space. It was on thr bottom floor . I reserved and paid ahead we did have a late night arrival. I am just recovering from a temporary injury but anyone using a wheelchair or walker full time ahould double. Heck this amenity. Some of the furniture is a but run down. The parking lot is crazy trying to figure out how to get in especially at night.'

'This hotel exceeded our expectations! It’s a safe location, nice indoor pool with a nice outdoor bbq area outside in the courtyard and a great breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay here again!'

'I have stayed at The Arc numerous times. It has ALWAYS been a wonderful experience. This time was terrible. The hotel is ready to remodel to transform as a true independent into a chain. There is no breakfast, even though breakfast was listed on Expedia. The first room we were assigned looked like a cheap roadside motel except someone threw up in the room and the room smelled of it. Cigarette burns were everywhere. The next room was ok but furnishings need to be replaced, which is scheduled....
