This unique one-story two bedroom, 2 bath cottage (villa) offers over 1,300 square feet of living space and a comfortable porch.

You’ll enjoy a comfortable living room with a fireplace, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating.

In addition to the main living areas, there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower and a double vanity. Adjacent to the main living areas you’ll find another full bath and bedroom. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.
