'We had a lovely stay here! The house is very cute, has a nice backyard, and is very close to the beach but also just a few minutes drive from food. Comfortable and CLEAN. The owner did a great job with details. Even when we had unexpected check out delays the owner showed human empathy. Great place!'

The home has three nice bedrooms in a remodeled home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The large living room was more than enough for us. 'The property inside was lovely. Every detail was thought of to make our stay delightful. Very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is in transition and it is rather noisy (cars driving by constantly) in the evenings. Not a deal breaker. We stayed on two separation occasions. Recommend for the convenience to downtown and Yale. '
