'Das Ferienhaus liegt hinter Bakka bei Gudvangen (6 km von Gudvangen entfernt, auf schmaler Straße (Auto empfehlenswert) erreichbar). Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf den Naeroyfjord ist traumhaft, auf der anderen Seite rauscht der Tuftofossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit. Von hier konnten wir schöne Ausflüge unternehmen: Von Flam mit der Flamsbana nach Myrdal (Wanderung zurück ins Tal an tollen Wasserfällen vorbei), mit Autofähre nach Kaupanger...

'Herrliche Lage, direkt am Arnafjord, mit herrlicher großer Terrasse und Badestrand nebenan. Das Haus ist ganz gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alle Küchenzutaten, wie Salz, Pfeffer etc muss man allerdings mitbringen. Die Anfahrt von Vik zieht sich etwas, ca 30 min immer am Fjord lang, aber dafür hat man dann Idylle pur.'

'Even if the furniture is quite old, it is clean and totally adequate. It has a very cozy charme. The village is quite quiet and the loudest noise was that of the water stream not far from the house. The only thing that was interesting to put it mildly was the smell coming from the bathroom. One of the water drains was smelly, but you can manage by keeping the window open. All in all it is a cozy little place and we would visit again.'

We were lucky enough that even though it was late when we got there, a gentleman in the house near where the gps took us was able to somewhat lead us in the right direction. We attempted to call the owners multiple times but no one ever answered and never returned our calls at any point during the stay. 'De keukenkastjes vallen bijna uit elkaar. Er was slechts 1 beker en 3 glazen. Maar buiten dat, was het bed goed, de badkamer verrassend mooi en modern en de locatie en uitzichten uit alle ramen werkelijk adembenemend!! Zelfs in de regen hebben we op het overdekte terras genoten van de voorbij varende schepen. Ik zou er graag terugkomen. Ook het internet deed het erg goed!'
