'One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. One can only give a 10/10, however some very small points for improvement: a) Wifi on our floor (25th) was not as to be expected and b) cutlery was rather unpractical. Compliments to housekeeping and the concierge (= Younes) ! '
