The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area with a sofa bed and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, a separate WC, and a bedroom containing a 140 x 190 cm bed.
The mezzanine floor has two single bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) and an additional single bed (140 x 190 cm), as well as storage space.
The large terrace is equipped with an outdoor tap, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
