'Staff is helpful. The rooms and lobby are modern, have everything you need, and most importantly, they are clean ! Does not have a musty or moldy smell. The Beds are comfy, and breakfast was great. We enjoyed the large windows, and that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay again if in the area. '

'The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area...

Our bad experience was the day of checkout. They had no breakfast at all. The had expired milk. I asked the only person in staff about it and he didn’t care. 'There was no shower curtain on the shower- had to get it and put on myself- the shower floor was dirty- there were no extra linens in the room- had to get them and make up bed. 'Hotels should be forced to add a banner that says ‘under renovation’. I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie.
