« Place is decent for a small group. We traveled with 5 adults. Beds upstairs were good. Downstairs pull out was uncomfortable. There is a 50 HOA “parking fee” to get into the property. This is communicated after booking but not before. A little ridiculous because you do not receive anything for this additional cost. It was a good house for our purpose. Some instructions are a little confusing. Fans made noise, at least the ones we could turn on. No remote was found anywhere for the second...

« Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. Only complaint we had were the pillows as they all seemed to be very flat. Having 2 bathrooms were great and the showers were both good. Very family friendly if you have kids. Host very easy to work with and communication was great. »

« I don’t recommend this house at this time. It feels like no one has been inside the property for a year. It has dusty, breaking down furniture, dirty make-up wipes on the night stands, spiders in the corners, trash in the backyard, and more. Not to mention the host does not turn on VRBO notifications so you must give our your personal number or call the VRBO assist line to get help.
