'The staff was helpful but the property itself is not well maintained. The hotel price was relatively higher and expensive due to EAA event. Rooms were not clean and surprised to know they recently changed their policy to make the beds after their owner got changed. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in the rooms with beds not made each day. The staff was generous enough that when I returned to the room in the evening and brought to their attention then front desk made the bed themselves even...

'Hot tub was down has for months and they say just went down. Was sign said health department failures for pool and hot tub but pool was scratched off. Pool was very dirty and should not be used. Only one icebreaker in hotel and broken for months. Rooms and hallways smelled bad. Very poor hotel do not recommend.'

'Front desk check was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Our king room was very clean! Breakfast was adequate, I liked the fact they had trays to take back to the room. Would stay there again.'

'DONT STAT THERE!
Absolutely filthy. Hair everywhere. In the bed and between the sheets and all over the washroom. My mother and my room both. Toilet had that ring around the water where you know it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.
We told them about it they apologized but didn't send anyone to clean it even though we were there for two nights.'
