« This is a wonderfully eclectic historic home with modern conveniences and upscale touches. Jimmy welcomed us and had a nice fire burning as we arrived. There are lots of arcade games to play and a really neat barn attached to the home with a few friendly animals. Only caution is that you need to traverse very tight circular steps or walk through a short covered but unheated area to get to the bathroom. Though this is not ideal during extremely cold nights but everything else here is outstanding! »

« We really enjoyed our visit at the guest house at the 30 acre Horse Ranch. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren were able to pet and feed the horses which they absolutely loved. Susan was so gracious and kind. She took us on a tour of the farm on the golf cart. We were able to go down one of the walking trails to the river. She also showed us the other two properties which were just beautiful. Our grandchildren didn’t want to leave. It was impeccably clean and well equipped, with welcoming touches like antique quilts, a cottage garden, even a horse grazing in the pasture! Bucolic charm convenient to Milan, Sandusky, Cedar Point, and all that this lovely area has to offer. »

« Beautiful place to relax and reconnect with loved ones. Hosts were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We spent several hours on the balcony, watching stars and having morning coffee. Cherry on top was petting the goats! »

« Beautiful quiet property. Large kitchen for cooking, a lovely patio are and fire pit.Large house with large rooms and open area concept.Host is close by and when some light bulbs went out she came within an hour to replace them. She is very friendly and helpful.You will have to pay a security deposit in case of any damage, but I received it back the day we left. »
