'Listing the key events that made us rate this 1 star: 1. We arrived at the location and the host was not there. We had to call VRBO (EUR 30 in roaming charges which we want refunded) and the host. Whilst VRBO told us the reservation was fine, the host told us there was no reservation. 2. Finally, the host managed to find us a room. 'Das Chalet ist sehr geräumig, hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es hat im ersten Obergeschoss drei Schlafzimmer (SZ). Eines ist das Master-SZ mit einem begehbarem Schrank und einem Bad en suite. Es hat zudem ein zweites Bad im OG, was von den anderen Bewohnern auf der Etage genutzt werden kann.
