'First, off the owner of the property is easy to work with. They were able to accommodate me in a short period of time. The property is newly built. I do believe we were the first to stay in the property. There's a rooftop that allows you to have a glance at the city. I would definitely recommend it and will be staying again. The parking my get a little rough, but there's street parking along the side of the buildings.'

'Upon arrive at the place… Air-conditioning – ONLY the bedroom has air-conditioning which you are told cannot go below 74 degrees, the main house there is NO air-conditioning at all. 'My time at this villa was phenomenal. It gave my family of four ladies the best of both worlds in one vacation . Close enough to town but far enough from others that everything felt private. 'We liked the fact that we received information for the place in terms of location , room access code , etc the evening prior to our flight... kudos . We had no problem getting around, accessible public transportation, close to Rodney Bay. We met the owner who has a warm approach , like we were old friends. "This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
