'Clean, roomy, helpful staff, good breakfast'

'The location is great for visiting IU but the hotel is a little tired. The carpet was pretty dirty and the bathroom outdated. They are beginning a renovation however, to be completed by spring.'

'Great location, recently updated, great price!'

'We had a lovely experience. The grounds and the upstairs balcony in the Composer House were perfect.'

'Good location'

'Love the tea and cookies at check in plus the free breakfast and staff are all very friendly'

'Staff was just super. I locked my keys in the car and they got me a locksmith pronto. Buffie was a rock star!! Thank you, Stacy'

'Very limited breakfast, almost no staff and no need as well, as the room was well maintained. Big parking and close to many restaurants and also close to motorway. Room size was big with 2 Tv. Its worth the price of room'

'easy check in, almost everything is in walking distance. The new restaurant/bar is very nice with live music!'

'The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were great! The neighborhood was transitional with unhoused individuals hanging around the property. Free coffee would have been nice in the lobby instead of waiting in line to purchase from an understaffed cafe'

'Good overall'
