'The hotel, room, and staff were all good. The best part of this hotel was how calm and quiet our room was. 'I called before booking the room to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and functioning properly and they assured me that they were. The hot tub was broken, the pool was very cold in spite of the extreme hot weather, and there both looked absolutely filthy. My shower had two conditioners and no shampoo.
