'Our stay was truly 10 out of 5! The hotel was wonderful and super cozy, with complimentary breakfast and unlimited coffee and tea. The location was perfect, and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Samuel and Nicolas were incredibly nice, friendly, helpful, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our stay, and the young lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly as well. 'The location of this hotel is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spotless, quiet and a good size. The only only comment I would make is to change up the breakfast after two days. The gym was not available to us which was a bit disappointing but probably because it was the long weekend?'

'Eurostar Old Montreal is a very nice hotel centrally located in Old Montreal. Rooms have kitchens, and washer and dryers. It is near many historical attractions and restaurants. The orange subway stations are within a walkable distance. If traveling by car use a parking app such as “clicknpark” to find 24 hour multi-day parking for less expensive rates. Surface lots are more expensive and only have overnight or day rates which are more expensive.'

'The room was very nice, and the property is in a great part of town, although it can get noisy at night. We also have an electric car and were told valet would charge it for us, but unfortunately it was not charged when we checked out. We ended up having to stay longer in the area to charge the car before leaving.'

'De kamer was goed, locatie ook. Alleen pas echt laat inchecken en onze koffer hebben paar uur achter balie gestaan. Geen aparte ruimte. Ook een nadeel was de lift. Veel te weinig voor het aantal mensen. Moesten echt lang wachten. '

'Beautiful property in a great location. Staff were very welcoming and we felt taken care of. There was a small hiccup during the trip but the staff took our concerns seriously and addressed the issue promptly. We dined at both roof top restaurants and both served delicious food. Would definitely stay here again.'
