« A really comfortable and charming property. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was also good (even for me with a bad back). The location is superb - in a quiet valley, an easy walk to Bolton castle and just a stroll to Aysgarth waterfalls. As a map will show, really close to Wensley and Leyburn with nice pubs. Juliet and David were very friendly hosts (as were the sheep). »

Maybe a baking sheet, smaller saucepan and a baking dish would have been useful - not a big deal!Lovely to be next to the beck, loads of birds to watch and interesting places to visit.Drive from The Tan Inn to Hawes not for the faint hearted, narrow and very steep.Noticed a funny mark in the oven which I couldn't clean so emailed the office and someone came the next day to clean it - excellent. « Excellente adresse, cottage bien équipé, salle de bains spacieuse. Cottage tres cosy pour les jours de pluie et jardin et son salon agreable poir dejeuner, prendre le soleil, pause tea time. Phil, le proprietaire, très disponible, nous a communiqué toutes les infos nécessaires. Un pub est situé à 5 minutes à pied. Commerces situes à leyburn, à 15 km.
