'Wij verbleven met 6 volwassenen in het appartement wat vlakbij de piste ligt. Het was ruim genoeg voor ons met een keuken met alle apparatuur en 2 badkamers. De bedden waren vrij hard en de stapelbedden niet comfortabel, maar voor een week te doen. Linnengoed voor de keuken ontbrak, dus zelf iets extra’s meenemen is handig. Het inchecken verliep chaotisch, we waren rond 15 uur al daar, het appartement was nog niet klaar en de sleutels pasten niet. Een paar keer heen en weer lopen tussen het...

'Confortabel, super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien appartement met heerlijk bed. Hoe de overige 2 bedbanken slapen hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd. Met 6 personen is het appartement wel wat krap omdat je alleen een klein balkon op het zuiden hebt om buiten te zitten. Het is niet mogelijk om met de auto bij het appartement te komen. Vanaf de privé parkeerplaats is het ongeveer 25 meter bergopwaarts lopen naar het appartement. De omgeving is prachtig, veel wandelmogelijkheden, musea en kastelen.'

'Bedsheets very poor quality and rough. No Wifi. Rooms small and unable to open wardrobes properly as a result. Hot water for showers after skiing very limited for a family. Charges for rubbish bags and electricity used ( over £60 charged for electricity when we were out most of the day in a week ) is very unusual for such properties. We cannot recommend to other visitors unless these factors are rectified - some could be done very cheaply. There is however a bus stop for buses to Saas Fee just...

'Best location in the center of Zermatt. Very comfortable, we loved it so much. We will surely return. The apartment is small yet perfect for two and is well equipped. We can wven see the top of the Matterhorn from the kitchen window, bedroom and balcony. Wish i would own this small yet comfortable place.'

'We were 2 families. Plenty of space and everything was looked after and clean. The host was really helpful and kind. We were a short distance from the town which was very quaint and felt untouched by tourists. We also had a row of shops and amenities 2 minutes drive in the car. 'Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Me Ghislaine (réception de l'hôtel de la Tza) qui nous a remis les clefs de l'appartement ainsi que les draps de lits et serviettes de bain. 1km plus loin et nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement 54 (2ème étage) de l'immeuble "le Panorama". Facile à trouver avec Maps. Nous avons eu de la chance car nous étions venus à Arolla il y a 4 ans mais il n'y avait pas de neige, alors que nous étions venus en novembre (du 25 au 30 à l'époque) également. Les...

'Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. '
