Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property...

'I didn’t get my room until 5pm and missed out on arriving early to enjoy the beach. The shower had hair on the walls and I called to get it cleaned and it never was cleaned. The part that really disappointed me was the rudeness of the women in the gift shop and a the person that delivered my room service. I made the best of my stay but was not happy overall. '
