'The room was not very clean, the furniture had stains all over, the white comforter was off white. All the furniture was sticky in the room which made our skin very itchy. They start the introduction to the property trying to sell you a time share promotion, the resort is huge but hard to find things'

'I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host.
