The staff was generally pleasant, especially at the front desk, but my experience at the coffee shop was very disappointing. The staff there were often rude and unaccommodating. For example, we were told we couldn’t have ice cream in the general deck area and were restricted to eating it in the bakery, yet we later saw other guests walking away freely with their bakery items. When I asked to have some items wrapped to take away (as the front desk had assured me was possible), the staff member in the bakery mumbled about not having containers, which made the situation embarrassing—I felt as though I was begging.
In addition, the patio in my room was leaking. Small droplets constantly fell from a beam, leaving the floor wet and slippery. I nearly fell because of it.
Finally, the tubing experience was extremely unsafe and poorly managed. There was no clear explanation about what to expect or how to sit properly, and as a result, I was thrown from the tube into the middle of the ocean. The ride was rough, jolting, and painful. Despite repeatedly telling the operators it was too fast, they dismissed my concerns, saying it wasn’t rough. Unfortunately, it was a frightening and traumatic experience—I ended up with whiplash. The staff urgently need to provide clear safety instructions and adjust the speed when guests express discomfort. This activity was not enjoyable at all and left me shaken.
The food was really food especially at Dosa . But I expected food round the clock
