'Five of us wound up staying. We were celebrating birthdays and just wanted somewhere to enjoy each other‘s company and relax. Originally planned for six people it would have been two in the full size bed so five was just right actually. The place is comfortable and on a quiet street close to everything. This owner was very prompt with responses and helpful with information. It was really very nice. '

'My family and I came for an 8 day event from a different state and wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay with our at the time 9 month old daughter. And this place did exactly that. Comfortable and CLEAN. The owner did a great job with details. Even when we had unexpected check out delays the owner showed human empathy. Great place!'

'A few of us moms plan a midweek getaway every year — and this trip to Water Mill/Southampton was our favorite yet. We’ve stayed in some stunning homes over the years, but this one truly exceeded all expectations. 'Located so perfectly close to everything we wanted to do on vacation. The house was so clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was A++. The neighbors were even so friendly and waving/smiling. It felt as if we were home. If we come back to that area again we hope this place will be available. '

'My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood.
