The property was amazing crossing down into the river in the backyard with the fire ring was especially a very cool experience. The big side property was great for a little wiffle ball game with my nephew…. Close by down the road was a nice hike to the fire tower. Overall, an excellent experience. « This charming little loft was the perfect escape. It was exactly as described — beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is incredibly peaceful yet still close to the highway and town. We loved making s’mores by the fire pit, and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer. »

« Our host was very communicative and check-in/out was easy. Our family thouroughly enjoyed the open plan with comfy rooms and a charming sun porch. The kitchen had all the equipment you need. You can wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the stream. The rock pool in the stream along with the inner tubes provided a lovely opportunity to relax is the pristine water. Proximity to Livingston Manor helped with getting last minute supplies. Multiple places to sit outside further enhanced out...

« We had a lovely getaway weekend - the cabin is lovely, had everything we needed, and was super clean. The outdoor space is idyllic, and the sounds of the elusive waterfall make a lovely background. We especially loved the outdoor shower and watching the hummingbirds. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Serene Rustic Retreat. This locarion is about 30 minutea from Legoland. The kitchen was equiped nicly, and the layout was perfect for our needs.Any issue or question was answered quickly.Already planning our trip back! »

« The cabin was so comfortable, and just as described. We all remarked on how comfortable the beds were, and the abundance of pillows to choose from for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, and the property was just beautiful! We loved waking up to bird song - such a variety of birds to hear and photograph! Rhona, our host, was very prompt and courteous in responding to any communication and/or questions. It's always great to get away with family and friends, reconnect, and just enjoy each...
