'Cozy cabin, the hot tub takes time to warm up - turn it on immediately upon arrival and turn off eco mode to use it the first evening. The view is wonderful. Bring bug spray! Watch out for wildlife, we came upon a possible water moccasin over 3 feet long on the trails. '

'Cottage had a very homey, cozy feel that I enjoyed. Everything was clean when we arrived, and we had all we needed. Our only complaint was that the bed in the main bedroom felt like sleeping on the hardwood floor. It is in desperate need of some more cushion. '

'The cabin was cozy, definitely small, but met our needs for a brief stay. It was good for small dogs, but probably not large ones. It was very clean and well stocked. There were games and snacks provided, which was a nice touch. Bed was very comfy! The only suggestion I would have is to add a lamp, so that the overhead lights didn't have to be on all the time. Bed was very comfy!'

'There was cockroachs an the trash was piled up at the end of the drive. The house was dirty, mouse bedding in the kitchen cabinets.Only one tv in the whole house. Over all very poorly maintained! '

'Best view for the price in the Smokies in my opinion. Its a tad rustic with no wifi and no dishwasher, but the price and the view make those points insignificant. Host was very responsive when we had issues with the lock and helped us access the unit even late in the evening. '
