'Gene came to the rescue after a previous venue cancelled a reservation a week before the planned date.His house comfortably hosted all 20 of us.The cabinets and switches in the living room and kitchen area was all clearly marked.Beds were comfortable, and the bunk bed mattresses are larger than expected.The location was quiet yet convenient.Gene himself was very responsive as a host, answering all of our questions and concerns in a prompt manner.This is definitely a venue I would reserve again...

'5 stars – Fantastic house and perfect location!This house was exactly what we needed for our St. Augustine getaway. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group. We spent a ton of time on the huge deck and in the large, private backyard soaking up the sun—both were real highlights and felt like our own oasis.Location is unbeatable: tucked away on a quiet, safe street with almost no traffic, yet literally 5 minutes from Publix, gas stations, restaurants, and downtown St....

'Amazing location- easy walkability and fantastic parking spot! So nice not to have to worry about where to park when you drive out and about. The house was in great shape, had everything we needed! It was so fun to stay right down in the heart of St Augustine and experience the holiday season. Many memories made and we hope to be back again next year!
