Property condition is not good and no other amenities. Breakfast served in room only. Location is very isolated and you need vehicle to commute there otherwise need to walk at least 10’mins.

We had a little issue with the room shortly after we arrived and let the staff know. They didn't have anyone there to fix it, but quickly offered us a larger room and a hot tub. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with an excellent view facing the ocean. Would recommend the Phaos!

El lugar es hermoso. El trato muy cordial y considerado ya que llegamos muy temprano y la administración nos permitió acceder a la habitación tan pronto estuvo lista. Su ubicación es excelente para ir caminado a diferentes puntos de interés. En general muy recomendado

This property is a must, Katya is AMAZING, what a star!! It’s quiet and has an amazing view of the sunrise over the sea - from your hot tub!!! Breakfast in your room, easy parking and out of the high tourist craziness of Fira & Oia but super easy to get to both places - 20 min walk to Fira! Easy access to the trail hike to Oia! Rooms are spacious and comfortable! Even the shower has a view - totally recommend!

ここのホテルは本当にお勧めです！朝早く起きると、ここのホテルのベランダから朝日をみることができます。なので、わざわざ早朝から朝日が見えるところまで行く必要はないです。部屋はとても綺麗で特に言うことはありません。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで礼儀があります。ホテルが飼っている犬もとても可愛いです。とても素晴らしいホテルなので泊まる価値あります。

The hotel is located on the east view of the Aegean not the Cordillera. It is aging but in good shape overall. Minimal furniture in room and e bathroom is very basic. Room was clean and quiet. Beautiful grounds and setting. Hot tub was extra cost but not working properly. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our time there.

Very nice apartment. Right across from the beach with a beautiful view. Quiet , remote area. A few stores and restaurants nearby. Owner could not be more helpful and pleasant. Very clean and spacious.

Beautiful sunrise. Quiet. Flexible. I recommend ordering Greek omelette with lots of local veggies and cheese. Delicious. It’s half price with free parking and we did all our excursions from here. It is on the other side. No caldera view and sunrise not sunset. When we arrived we had to wait for 25 minutes as she was working in a room. A note “will be back at xx:yy” would be nice.

The continential breakfast is bought to your room it is not good at all. You get one toast one croissant per person. We had 3. You get juice one piece of watermelon 2 melon pieces 3 pieces of meat that didn't taste good. And a few pieces of cheese. I had a little and it hurt my stomach. The room is nice . No ppol.

The property was very clean and the staff were great and friendly. The view is nice especially the sunrise. Breakfast is served at your requested time with no delays. Continental breakfast is included. The property is about 15 minutes downhill walk from all the actions. You may need to get a ride back to the hotel, Definitely would stay there again.

Slimy owners, wrong room and wouldn't do anything
We booked a room with a single large bed and non-smoking but received a room with two twins and that reeked of cigarettes. It turns out that someone who worked there (who personally reeked of cigarettes) had been staying in the room for a month and "didn't notice anything", so they wouldn't do anything about it.

Phaos provided a terrific place to spend our holiday. Giannis is an incredible host. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. The view doesn’t face the caldera but regardless it’s absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning so you can sit and eat at the table just outside your room enjoying the view. Giannis helps with terrific suggestions on what to do while on the island. We used ATVs to get around the island and this location was very easy to get to all the big sites from. Highly recommend this place!

Convenient location a short stroll from Thira. Has an Eastern aspect which results in lovely, shady afternoons. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

You have an amazing view of the east coast (not Caldera) of Santorini but it is perfect to see the sunrise and they will bring breakfast to your room so you can enjoy it. Didn't feel like we missed anything not having the Caldera view as we would have never thought to be at our hotel for sunset. Perfect location to easily walk to everything. Just need to cross the street to get to the main walking path. Staff is great very friendly.

숙박시설은 깔끔하고 좋았으며 직원들도 친절했다. 다만 렌트카 이용하지 않는 고객이라면 접근이 쉽지않다 피라마을에서 언덕길을 20여분 걸어야해서 힘들 수 있다. 그리고 날씨때문인지는 모르겠지만 숙소가 추웠다. 그래도 룸서비스도 좋았고 직원들의 미소가 숙소에서 머무르는 시간을 더 행복하게 해 주었다

Wonderful time, definitely recommend
It was very nice staying at this suite and thw staff definitely made the trip better! They communicated with us before our stay and even offered a sunset cruise, which unfortunately the weather didn’t permit the day of. Malina was super great and friendly, and even remembered that our trip was for my birthday! Location is close to Thira but also the quieter and you get a sunrise view. Would definitely recommend this to everyone and would definitely be staying here again!

We loved out stay at Phaos. We rented a car which made travel to Oia and other areas of the island super easy. The room was very clean and had great views of the sea. We felt very well taken care of by Faye and received helpful advice on great places to eat and things to do/see.

Such a beautiful place!!! Great location with a fantastic view. Faye did our check in. She was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the island.
