Gorleston’s beach, an award-winning sandy beach with grand promenade and gardens, has a beach café, restaurants and a pub offering great refreshments and food. it is a great destination and very popular for young and old alike, surfers, windsurfers, body-boarders and kite-flyers, too. The town centre has shops, supermarkets and more restaurants and pubs. Traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth for its sandy beach, donkey rides, trampoline park (seasonal), pier, promenade, amusements, fun fair, crazy golf, model village and much more.

Or jump on the train or take a 35-minute drive to the medieval city of Norwich, voted one of the top ten shopping locations in the UK. The Suffolk Heritage Coast is full of pretty coastal villages such as Southwold, Dunwich and Aldeburgh, all within driving distance. For a change in pace, visit the Norfolk Broads National Park, the southern gateway of which lies in Oulton Broad, just a short drive away.
