'The property is conveniently placed on the highway ,which could make some of the rooms a little noisy, we were given an upgrade free of charge to a quieter room which was appreciated. The manager was very pleasant and helpful,facilities were dated but functional and clean.'
'Lovely room and layout - fresh and spacious. Everything was in working order and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was convenient though not a lot of options within walking distance. Great trails and safe sidewalks for roaming.

'Firstly check-in was super quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was extremely clean and was awesome. Comfortable king size bed and had all of the required amenities. The park itself was great and easy to come and go. Middleton Beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back and stay with our extended family. Thanks Big 4 Holiday Park for a fabulous holiday.'
'This property was not for me - the room (and other areas) were faded, old fashioned (not in a good way) and the furniture looked cheap. Maintenance was required in other parts of the building eg chipped paint, a dead tree in a border and marks on the wall from the car park entrance - first impressions count! 'Amazing stay! Very nice location with great views from the room on the ocean. Accomadation is simply superb with a lot of attention for details. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to WA with excellent service from the staff and owner. Highly recommended! '
