'Firstly check-in was super quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was extremely clean and was awesome. Comfortable king size bed and had all of the required amenities. The park itself was great and easy to come and go. Middleton Beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back and stay with our extended family. Thanks Big 4 Holiday Park for a fabulous holiday.'
'Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. 'Amazing stay! Very nice location with great views from the room on the ocean. Accomadation is simply superb with a lot of attention for details. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to WA with excellent service from the staff and owner. Highly recommended! '
'The hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The bathroom had excellent water temperature and pressure, good shampoo and soap etc. Great location with onsite parking. The hotel restaurant is OK, not the greatest and a bit on the pricey side, but it is convenient - We only had dinner there, not lunch or breakfast so I can't comment on those.
All up a lovely stay, very handy hotel with modern amenities for a family with a baby, and a crib provided in the room.'
