'31 on the Terrace is an awesome stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel through this way. The host is very gracious and the room has everything that you could ever want or need. It is right in the downtown area close to shops and bakeries and lots of fabulous restaurants as well. The room even has a private balcony, which is just wonderful.'

'Great value for money. Spotlessly clean room, lovely shower and all looking very new. Great location right by the water and harbour where we saw dolphins! Parking can be tricky when the pier etc is busy but there is a lot available. '

'When you book a stay here and you arrive, you get the feeling you are staying in a big home. There are so many homely people touches eg a fire in the lounge, chocolates there too and some port for the end of the night, beautiful comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Great range of breakfast options too. Staff were very warm and friendly with all the guests.'
