We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. « I spent a week at this apartment and, while it may not be for everyone, it could be a solid option if you're looking for a cost-effective, clean place to stay with responsive ownership.Pros:Excellent Host Communication: I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and the host responded promptly. It turned out to be a provider issue, but I appreciated the quick follow-up. Later, the A/C went out, and they had it working again right away. « Requested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6...

« We enjoyed our two nights there. It was very clean. Kitchen is amazing! It's an old house in an old neighborhood, so keep that in mind. The location was perfect for getting to the falls! We would stay here again if we were ever traveling there again. No complaints on our part. »

« Great place to stay, was exactly as described and pictured. Check in and check out was easy, and the ability to do laundry for even a small price was very convenient. Only small con was the noise of the Tim Hortons drive thru every morning, but having a Tim Hortons right downstairs was a huge plus!! My family would definitely stay again next time we are in town. »
