Appartementen in Graz

'My wife and I stayed in the MH Living apartment for two nights in November 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). 'Incredible location, awesome space, great price but...I could have read between the lines better...this is not a hotel. Its a room in an apartment building that could use some maintenance. The bathroom needs an upgrade and some safety features so one feels safe using the tub. Lack of A/C could be a problem in certain weather, like the 20 degree F above normal temps we experienced.'

'Er worden extra kosten in rekening gebracht (zoals bijvoorbeeld schoonmaakkosten), de prijs die je betaalt is veel hoger dan de prijs dat je ziet staan. De check in verliep ook heel moeizaam.'

'Lagevtop, aner dasxwarces dann auch schon.....Unterkunft war ungepflegt, Jalousien und Möbel kaputt, Teppich fleckig, meherere Ameisenköderboxen warrn verteilt, schmutzige Unterwäsche im Bad von Vormietern, definitiv nicht zu empfehlen'
