« Excellent stay, sadly we were only here for 1 night. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff who showed us to our room and gave us a full explanation of all the facilities including how to use the coffee machine. Room was spotless and quiet. We walked into the town centre in the evening. It's only a 10minute walk but just be aware this property is up a steep hill so walking back up requires some energy! Breakfast was delicious. « The service, accommodation was exceptional. The hotel was relaxed and totally customer focused. The staff are attentive and accommodating, knowledgeable about the area. « The hotel is beautiful from the outside and located in such a picturesque area but the room we got was a disappointment. Located on the first floor and tucked in a corner, it did not match the pictures on the site and looked rather old (except for the bathroom), with an uncomfortably slumping mattress. The view was on some sort of roof/installation that nearly blocked all light. I will add that other rooms, which I saw the next morning while housekeeping was cleaning, looked much better. I'm...
