'Staff were great. Plenty of shops near by including restaurants. Did have to have my keycard reset multiple times, really only complaint. '

'Room and products in the room (e.g., sheets, comforters, shower curtains, etc.) were not clean and had visible marks/stains. I did NOT inform the staff as I did not expect anything to change.'

This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. 'This property was awful. There was blood on bedding when we got there and this property person makes you put a deposit in CASH. Don't stay here The guy is crooked and is looking to steal you money. As well he is super rude once you call him out. Also there are people screaming all night. Had to leave for the airport at 3 am and they were still going.'

'We came in late evening, the front desk was dirty and sticky. The hotel had tried to charge me 3 days before when I was tipsy at the property. There was loud music playing in a room on the 1st floor at 11 pm. There were dirty socks and underwear thrown in the shelf of the tv stand. Open used soap on the counter in the bathroom. 'This was our first time staying there and everything was awesome! We had a king size room with the couch, the room was so comfortable! They had shops right there and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was good. We will be returning to this hotel 🙂'

'We asked for a refund because the rooms were filthy, the tub was dirty, it smelled terrible, and we had to ask them to remove the wet floor sign from blocking the elevator door just so we could use it to take our toddler up in a stroller while we were unpacking, and so my son who is an active service member could take all of his stuff needed for his first duty station up with him.
