'The cottages at the Hotel de Rosay could be amazing except for a bunch of little things that all add up to a less that perfect experience. The cottages themselves are well designed spaces with lots of room and the amenities (pool, jacuzzi) could be so great except for a few details like dead bugs in the pool, a pool gate that is messed up and awkward to get into or close. 'Hotel is netjes, niets op aan te merken. Boeking was inclusief ontbijt, echter dat betekende in dit geval dat je uit 5 gerechten op een kaart kon kiezen. Wanneer je wat anders wilde, dan moest je bijbetalen. Nog vreemder en irritanter was dat bij aankomst bij het ontbijt direct gemeld werd door de serveerster dat service er niet bij inbegrepen was dus dat je nog wel moest betalen. Bah, ik heb het ontbijt als vervelend en slecht ervaren!!!'

'The hotel staff were kind and considerate. I checked in super late but the front desk was friendly regardless. When I went back to my car to collect my other stuff, the front staff even went out of his way asking me if I was please with my room. The only complain I have is of the air condition. As others have stated the air condition was very loud. But I think to fix this issue, they would need to replace the current air condition with a more updated version, which may be out of their budget. So...

'The hotel was so so, there’s no facility’s outside the room, they make you sign a waiver where you compromise to pay the room and they charge you the amount of the room at front, the breakfast area is too small .. for the type of breakfast offered, we book a room for 4 people and there was only 2 towels on the room and really hard to get the other 2 more to complete our needs and the excuse was “the hotel is at capacity”.
