'We appreciated the cleanliness and amenities of this property. We were very comfortable. Our host was very welcoming and provided all the information we needed before our arrival. Excellent location.'

'The building actually contains at least eight or nine rooms, sharing a kitchen, washroom, etc. And it doesn't mention that most of those are students, creating some awkward interactions. Not the most comfortable situation. The room was fine, had some supplies since the students seem to empty things like toilet paper without replacing them. Overall, the price was too much especially after fees for what you get. Should have stayed at a hotel.'

'The property is in a nice neighborhood, very clean and comfortable. Even though its close to the airport (why we picked it due to our midnight flight arrival) we didnt hearany airplanes. Absolutely would recommend this property and will be staing here agin.'

If one is looking for a well-equipped accommodation near Charlottetown, but close to golf courses, beaches and services, this property is a great choice. The owner was accessible and responsive when needed.'

Walking trail can be accessed at the end of the street. This host is new to vrbo. He was very open to feedback, and I believe with a few tweaks, this property will be excellent.
