'We stayed at this property for my daughters, bachelorette party for mostly family and a few friends. The place was fabulous so clean and the location was perfect. This was the first time I’ve planned anything like this and I was very nervous using Vrbo. Because I haven’t done that before. 'This was an excellent place to stay. We love Litchfield by the Sea Resort and the Marshside Villa was perfect! close to the beach, within walking distance of the fishing ponds and even had a pool (in addition to the resort pool/lazy river). The accommodations were clean and as described. It is so hard to find 3 bedrooms without twin beds. This was perfect!! Will definitely stay again. '

'A wonderful spot on the lake. Peace and quiet. I gave the check in 5 stars because we checked in mid week and we were the only ones checking in. One a weekend, we have seen long lines out of the door. The 4 stars for cleanliness is because the porch furniture was not clean. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was spotless..We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. '

'Great stay. We loved the resort, access to the beach, and the rental. Had everything we needed. A/C stopped working the first day we arrived, but one phone call and they were right on it. Would recommend and would stay here again.'

'Check in was extremely easy and access to the beach was within walking distance. The lodging was clean, inviting, and stocked with all amenities. Restaurants were close by and shopping was available within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the beach while looking for a quiet place to stay.'
