Hotelresorts in Grand Strand

'Beautiful place to be, not very clean at all. I had to request my sheets to be changed, first night I smelt a man’s cologne and realized I was sleeping on a dirty bed. After my request I had to strip the beds myself as housekeeping only made the bed and again request fresh sheets. It is also not smoke free, many people smoking cigarettes and marijuana off balconies and vaping near pool. other than that the staff was very attentive and cared about making sure their guests were pleased'

'Once i arrived i knew it was something going on with the air conditioning. Later that night the air conditioner got louder and louder sounding like tractor. Maintenance came in to check it and replaced it because he said it was an old system. The next day it stopped working and was spitting out ice. Maintenance came in again and changed it out because it was freezing up. The same night I called again because it stopped cooling.
