'The hallway looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed. The sheets on the bed were not fitted properly. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.'

'No amenities open before 10am. Which is absolutely WILD three small kids who wake up at 6:30/7am and we have to wait till 10to use the pool/splash pad and lazy river?? Also super poor design the playground is INSIDE the pool area so you cant use that either. Asked for towels because they gave us three for a family of FIVE, said their guy had already left and we needed to come to registration to get the very far walk to do that with an infant and two toddlers.'

'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'
