'Checked in after midnight and the room was ready and quiet. We enjoyed the spacious layout and found it easy to relax. Free WiFi helped us catch up on work without issues, and the seating area was perfect for two.'

'Completed online verification failed the 1st time was able to retry and it passed. Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. I messaged through Expedia, VRBO, text message,...

'My priority for a Vrbo is quiet. The highway traffic was insane, the constant thumping of the music from a nearby night spot til 1 AM kept me awake. Then the 3AM arrival of someone in the adjoining house was the topper. I slept less than 2 hours. These things are key factors that should be disclosed.'

'The property has a great location with beach access, views and very nice pools! Communication with the host was great! The only negative we had was that it wasn't the cleanest, there were weird brown smears on the living room walls and floors….. the furniture was a bit old/ beat up. Overall not a bad property to stay at! Just know it’s not very updated.'

'The condo was very spacious, clean and plenty of room. The view of the inter coastal waterway and golf course was relaxing having morning coffee off the balcony. The pool area and having several restaurants within walk distance was nice amenities.'
