'The room was dirty. Sheets had hairs on them, floors felt really old and gross with the carpet. You could't even access the fitness center without going through the front desk to get a key. It was right next to a Walmart and that was very convenient. If I had to do it again, I would have looked for a different hotel and been willing to pay a little more for somewhere nicer.'

'I booked this hotel last minute based on the positive reviews and photos online, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, I regretted my decision. The parking lot had trash scattered around, which immediately gave a poor first impression. The front desk staff did not appear professional or welcoming, and the overall condition of the property felt neglected.
